RETURNS POLICY
The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 provides the basis for Delta Canine Training Products Ltd's return policy.
30 day return or exchange
Some products such as Rex Specs Goggles, Ear Pro or the Muzzle Movement muzzles can be exchanged for other colours or sizes if necessary as we realise these need to fit well. To exchange for another colour or size they must be in their original unused condition including packaging so please open the packs carefully.
Items such as Biothane collars, leads, harnesses and straps for the Muzzle Movement muzzles are made to order so please choose carefully when it comes to size and colour as we cannot refund unless they are faulty. We are happy to alter bespoke items such as leads, collars and harnesses if it is possible. Unless the item is faulty there may be a charge for this work so please contact us here to arrange.
Change‑of‑Mind Refunds — Muzzle Movement Muzzles
We hope you love your Muzzle Movement muzzle. However, if you decide to return it for a change‑of‑mind refund and it meets the criteria for return (item must be in original condition) we are happy to refund the cost of the basic muzzle with the base muzzle strap once it has been inspected and the refund approved.
Any additional straps (such as head straps or chin straps, nosebands) are non‑refundable, as these are custom‑made to your chosen colours.
This policy applies only to change‑of‑mind returns. If your product is faulty, the Consumer Guarantees Act will apply, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping Charges for Returns/Exchanges (including international)
The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges when items are returned for the purpose of exchange or refund. There will be normal shipping charges for any exchanged item being shipped back to you. Should we ship an incorrect product we will organise the return with you at our cost and ship the correct product at our cost.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Delta Canine Training Products Ltd. In the event that goods sold are deficient or are faulty, Delta Canine Training Products Ltd has the right to repair, replace or refund.
We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
We cannot refund for leads, lines, harnesses or collars that have been allowed to be chewed by your dog as this is not normal wear and tear. Please do not leave them in a position to be chewed.
- All purchases must be returned and inspected before any refund will be granted and any refund will be made in the original payment currency.
- International returns - return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility — Delta Canine does not provide prepaid return labels for international orders
- Duties and taxes paid at import are non-refundable by Delta Canine (the customer's government collects these)
- Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear and any damage caused by accidental or non-accidental damage.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item post-paid. Delta Canine Training Products Ltd is not responsible for the product until it has been received.

Restrictions and Exceptions
Due to the nature of bulk Biothane orders we are unable to accept returns for this product unless faulty. Refer to the Biothane information page for full details on ordering bulk Biothane.
NOTE: These products are still subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please contact us about your product before returning it to us and we will supply an address for return.
