Standard Shipping Methods
All domestic shipping is handled via EParcel which allows the most cost-effective courier to be used. We ship signature required to reduce the incidence of missing parcels.

Please provide a physical address for delivery as we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes

For Rural addresses it may take an extra 2 days for your order to reach you.

If you have any special shipping instructions, please include them in the "order notes" or send us an email. Via our contact page.

We do not use Saturday delivery unless requested and there is an additional charge for Saturday delivery.

 Manfacturing timeframe:

All Biothane products and some tugs and toys are made to order.  We endeavour to have these made and ready for shipment within 5-7 working days.   Bite suits and some other technical equipment are made to order outside NZ and timeframes will be supplied on the product page.  We will endeavour to keep you updated on the progress of these orders and if there are likely to be delays, we will notify you.

Delivery Confirmation
All shipments are sent signature required and tracked. We are not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered but claimed as not received. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure environment for delivery.

We cannot reship or refund packages that have been confirmed as delivered but claimed as not received.  Please follow the process via the courier website for missing packages. 

If you believe your package has been stolen, contact your local police.

Wrong Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for packages that have been delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly. Please review your order confirmation to make sure you have entered your correct delivery address. We will make every effort to assist but we cannot refund or reship packages that have been delivered as addressed.

Unclaimed Packages
We cannot accept any responsibility, nor issue any refunds for packages not claimed. If the tracking information indicates that a package was delivered or that the Carrier attempted to deliver the package and/or left a notification, it is the buyer's responsibility to follow up with the Carrier and collect their package before it is returned. If the package is returned to us unclaimed, the items may be refunded minus the shipping charges. Any additional shipping charges levied by the carrier for return costs will be deducted from the refund.

International Shipping

We are able to ship internationally using New Zealand Couriers or NZ Post. Track and Trace with Signature required is our preferred method, unless otherwise requested by the customer.  We are not yet set up for international shipping directly from our website so please contact us at info@deltacanine.co.nz if you require shipping outside of New Zealand.

A quote via email for shipping will be supplied for all international shipping orders and an invoice generated with payment enabled via a secure link to PayPal where Credit/Debit cards can be safely processed.

NOTE: we do not keep your Credit card Details.

Once payment is confirmed your order will be released for shipping and a tracking number will be supplied. 

Shipping charges are for shipping only. You are responsible for any customs or duty charges levied by your country.

This Collar can be adjusted to suit most dogs and works in the same fashion as a check chain, but without the noise, excellent for tactical deployments.

The collar is designed as a loose fit but can remain on the dog if you wish. Simply clip your lead to the fixed ring for corrections or clip to the large free ring to use as a normal collar.

A must for dogs that won't walk next to the handler or shy away from chains.

  • Two layers of 3mm Biothane stitched together using high strength UV resistant polyester Nylon blend thread makes this slip collar incredibly strong.
  • The look and feel of leather.
  • Easy clean up in warm soapy water.
  • No maintenance, unlike leather.
  • Mildew and mould proof.
  • High flexibility in cold climates.
  • Solid Brass or Stainless-Steel hardware will last and last with little maintenance needed. 
  • Stainless steel is recommended for saltwater use.
  • 40cm will adjust to suit neck circumference 32 to 48cm 
  • 50 cm will adjust to suit neck circumference 42 to 58cm
  • 60cm will adjust to suit neck circumference 52 to 68cm

This is the best collar I have ever bought, after decades of buying all sorts of collars in different materials. Still looks as new as the day I put it on my boy. Looks strong, fantastic, perfectly made. Works as a normal collar but also as a slip collar for when you need extra control. I won't be buying anything else now I have found these collars. Nothing else compares and with loads of colour options and matching leads it's even better! Recommend to all!
